VELO PERFECTION offers structured training plans on at least 3 months to prepare rigorously personal sporting goal or competition.
After the initial definition of your physical condition and your specific training zones, we will develop a training plan fortnightly to help you improve your cycling performance through targeted and scientific training. Depending on your time available for training sessions (minimum 3 sessions per week) and your preferences, we configure the customized training plans in order to offer you an individual follow up.
